Dog Pod Grooming was established in 2012 and is owned and run by Siân Terry

 

Sian is a City and Guilds groomer who has been surrounded by dogs all her life. After completing her City and Guilds level 3 course to Distinction level she was given a job by the training centre in their busy London salon.  Sian strongly believes in grooming to meet the owners’ individual needs & not just to breed standards, and strives to make grooming a pleasant experience for dogs and owners alike. As well as her grooming qualification she also obtained a National Diploma in Animal Management, to Triple Distinction level and was awarded a certificate for outstanding achievement by the college. 

Sian started Dog Pod Grooming because she, as a dog owner herself knew the hassle of taking her reserved Bichon Frise to the groomers especially in his old age, where he found the whole experience too overwhelming.

 

Dog Pod Grooming has been designed for busy pet owners who want a more individual service, for elderly or reserved dogs, and anyone who would like their dog pampered without the hassle of leaving the house! All Dog Pods doggy customers (if they are allowed) soon learn where the treat jar is after they have been groomed!
